Friday April 26th
13.00 – lunch Tyholttårnet (Not official part of the program)
15.00 – the premises opens, rigging and setup of the exhibition *
19.00 – barbeque
23.30 – the premises is closing

Saturday April 27th
08.00 – the premises opens, setup of the exhibition
09.00-10.45 – registration is open
10.00 – welcome, practical information – by the stage
11.00-16.00 – exhibition open for the public
12.00-14.00 – lunch, food available in the LUG lounge
12.00-12.30 – presentation: Christian Faarlund, a small presentation about the shared LEGO storage in Oslo
16.05 – voting for best MOCs – all participants meet by the stage
17.00 – deadline submission of voting ballot
17.00-17.30 – På kloss hold: The Talk Show – LUG lounge
With special guests: Matija Puzar and Mel Caddick
18.00 – the premises is closed
18.30 – departure from Bakeriet hotel for the AFOL evening **

Sunday April 28th
08.30 – the premises opens
09.00-09.45 – presentation: Vesa Lehtimäki, toy photographer extraordinaire
10.00-10.45 – presentation: Ruben Ras and Frank van Eenbergen, collaboration on layouts, how we connect
11.00-16.00 – exhibition open for the public
12.00-14.00 – lunch, food available in the LUG lounge
17.00 – prize ceremony, peoples choice awards and internal voting
19.00 – Pizza-time!
-> 23.00 – downrigging

Monday April 29th (Not official part of the program)
09.30 – departure from Bakeriet
10.00-11.30 – Guided tour of the Nidar chokolatefactory (we will also visit their factory shop)
1200 -> a walk in Trondheim, lunch, whatever you like

* from 15.00 – 17.00 we have focus on setting up the tables etc. This meaning that everyone entering the premises is to help with this, if you don’t want to help (which is totally ok – but we would love all the help vi can get

Please do not enter the premises before 17.00.
When entering before 17.00 all luggage and models should be put in a designated area.
At 17.00, or before if we are done with setup of the tables, you could start setting up your models

** Details about the dinner
There will be a small guided walk in Trondheim lasting about 30 minutes
For those who are not able to participate in the walk, please take contact and we will give you driving/bus/taxi directions.
The dinner will be served ca. 20.30
This year there is no boat required, so it is possible to leave the AFOL dinner whenever you like!
During the dinner there will be an auction, a small price ceremony, some fun and…yeah…food!
